Terms of sale

Thank you for shopping with Maison Manea. These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of our products, as well as information regarding shipping, returns, and refunds. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.


1. Orders & Payment

  • All orders placed on www.maisonmanea.com are subject to availability and acceptance.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons such as product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
  • Payments must be made at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.


2. Shipping

2.1. Destinations

We propose worldwide shipping. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at contact@maisonmanea.com.

2.2. Shipping Times (after processing)

  • France: 2–4 business days
  • Europe: 2–8 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days

These are estimated times and may vary due to customs or external delays.

2.3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order.

We offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount:

  • France: free shipping on orders over 200€
  • Europe: free shipping on orders over 200€
  • International: free shipping on orders over 300€

 

We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders or during promotional periods, which will be clearly communicated on our website.

For any order outside the Eurozone, customs duties and any applicable taxes are not included in the final price (DAP). Therefore, upon receiving your order, you may be charged additional fees by the carrier, depending on the regulations in force in your country.

2.4. Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

3. Returns & Exchanges

3.1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without having to provide a reason or pay penalties.

Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags and original packaging.

  • To make things easier for you, we can take care of creating the return shipping label on your behalf. The cost of this service will simply be deducted from your refund.
    Of course, if the item is defective or if we made a mistake, the return will be fully covered by us.

3.2. Exchanges

  • Exchanges follow the same conditions and 14-day window as returns.
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.
  • If your desired item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.
  • Shipping costs for the exchanged item are also the customer's responsibility (unless due to our error).

3.3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact us at contact@maisonmanea.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photos if the product is defective

We will provide instructions and the return address.

3.4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or we made an error.


4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and a description. We will offer a suitable solution: replacement, refund, or credit.


5. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For orders outside the European Union, duties and taxes may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.

US : Duties are calculated at checkout, while any applicable taxes are determined by local authorities.
