Tour de poitrine : mesurez autour de la partie la plus généreuse de votre poitrine, en gardant le ruban bien ajusté mais confortable. Tenez-vous droite et détendue, les bras le long du corps.
- Tour de buste : mesurez juste en dessous de la poitrine, à l’endroit où se positionne la bande élastique.
